Submitting SAP Resources

This website will include selected resources and information on state special education advisory panels.  State Advisory Panels that have developed materials at the state level are encouraged to submit resources electronically to This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. A review panel will determine if the materials submitted will be posted on the website using four criteria: the materials are 1) in compliance with the intent of IDEA statute and regulations as well as State requirements; 2) current; 3) proven to have improved a state advisory panel’s effectiveness; and 4) not duplicative.
